Refund policy

Custom-made items are non-returnable. For all other products, returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all items must be in like-new condition, free from damage or signs of wear. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
